October 18, 2016 Phu Tai Corporation solemnly held the inauguration ceremony and put into operation Binh Dinh stone flooring factory. Previously, in September, the company also inaugurated the second phase – Stone processing factory in Dong Nai province.
Binh Dinh stone flooring factory is built on an area of 40,000 m2 in Cat Nhon Industrial Zone, Cat Nhon Commune, Phu Cat District, Binh Dinh Province. The total investment of the factory is over VND 80 billion; Total building area of 12,960 m2. Mining capacity of 1,000,000 m2 / year; Main products are granite wall tiles exploited at Phu Cat purple stone mine and Phu My white stone mine. This is the sixth paving stone processing plant invested by Phu Tai Company, bringing the total capacity of all factories to over 4,000,000 M2 / year.
The stone processing factory in Dong Nai province is built on an area of 34,335 square meters in Nhon Trach 2 Industrial Zone, Nhon Trach District, Dong Nai Province. Total investment of both periods is 87 billion dong; Total building area of 12,000 m2. Capacity of standard products 400,000 m2 / year; Main products are marble and marble from raw materials imported from India, Italy, Spain, Brazil.
The plants are invested in a system of sawing machines, polishing machines and special equipment 100% new with advanced technology to improve the productivity and quality of products, lower production costs.
By investing in the construction of factories in the industrial parks, near the mine (Phu Cat factory), near the seaport (Dong Nai factory) and the consumption market, as well as increasing the efficiency of consuming products, meeting the environmental requirements in the production process.
The synchronous operation of two factories contributes to improve the production capacity of the company; increase efficiency of the stone industry in the long run; The company strives to maintain the position of the leading companies in the stone processing industry in Vietnam, meeting the best demand for goods of the export market and domestic consumption. .
